The Odisha Government has approved the draft plan for Town Planning (TP) Scheme-8, advancing the State Capital’s vision for modern and livable cityscapes.

The approval was formalised through an official notification published in the Odisha Gazette, underscoring the commitment to systematic development.

Spanning 560.86 acres across the Andharua and Daspur mouzas, the scheme will be spearheaded by the Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) as the executing agency.
