A vehicle has burst into flames on a Stoke-on-Trent street this afternoon. Pictures from the scene show what appears to be a flat-bed truck turned into a fireball.

The fire is sending thick black smoke into the air. The drama has unfolded on Longley Road, in Sandford Hill, this afternoon.
