Tesco has announced 12 "new and improved" ready meals are hitting the shelves across its UK supermarkets.
Launching in over 160 locations, they were developed by the company's chefs to a "restaurant quality", according to the supermarket giant.
It says the dishes are designed as "a main for two people to enjoy costing between £17.50 - £20, which is £10, or less, per person for a Chef curated meal at home."
Clubcard customers have two days left to get 25 per cent off the new items, with the deal ending on October 12.
Tesco said it was launching the new range "as almost 30% of Brits, and around 60% of adults aged 25 to 34, admit to having tried to pass off supermarket meals as their own from scratch cooking".
