RUSSELL, New York (WWNY) - A St. Lawrence County woman is accused of sending out intimate photos of a person without their consent.

State police arrested 45-year-old Jessica Barr of Russell for the unlawful dissemination or publication of an intimate image.

Troopers allege that Barr had located inappropriate photographs of the victim and sent them to another person without permission.

Barr was arrested, processed, and released to appear in Ogdensburg City Court later this month.
