TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - Main Gate Square invites the community to celebrate Family Weekend with Bear Down Fridays on Oct. 10 from 5 to 7 p.m. at University Boulevard and Tyndall Avenue.

Bear Down Fridays is a free event that kicks off Family Weekend, bringing together hundreds of Arizona students, alumni, fans, and Tucsonans for a lively pep rally.

Attendees can arrive early to enjoy food specials, happy hour pricing, giveaways, games, discounts, and activities suitable for all ages.

The pep rally will start at 6 p.m., featuring the Pride of Arizona Marching Band, Wilbur and Wilma, UA Cheer, UA Poms, Twirlers, and Guard.

This event is a chance to showcase Wildcat pride and support Arizona Football ahead of the big game.
