(WFRV) - A new study from the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) has come out, and Wisconsinites (and likely the Midwest) can cheer in unison to celebrate the results.

Wisconsin-based Kwik Trip took over the top spot in the second edition of the ACSI's Convenience Store Study, a survey of over 8,600 people. Pennsylvania-based Wawa held the top spot in the inaugural survey in 2024.

The survey asked random customers to evaluate recent experiences at various convenience stores. No convenience store chain saw a bigger boost in their scores than Kwik Trip, which went from a 78 in 2024 to an 84 this time around.
