A bunch of knuckleheads decided to put their heads and hearts together for old Glendale High School.

This group of friends, most of whom graduated from GHS in 1977 and played baseball, started to meet in a local garage. Over time gatherings grew to more than 20 people, with some coaches of these former athletes joining in.

“About 20 of have been meeting twice a year in a garage and we called ourselves the knuckleheads. We all graduated in 77, except for a couple 76ers,” Mike Biciolis said, “Our hearts have always been for Glendale High School, even though we’ve moved away.”

Their talks started to turn from old times in old town to the needs of athletes and students now at Glendale High.
