When a London lawyer arrived at a traffic stop involving his daughter, he berated a police officer with profanities, accused them of stealing $10,000 cash and demanded his daughter be let off the hook, a tribunal heard.

Const. Riley Morrow had pulled over lawyer Christoph Vitsentzato’s daughter on Nov. 13, 2018, for using her cellphone behind the wheel and determined her licence was suspended, prompting her to call her father to the scene.
