TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - The Pima County Sheriff's Department (PCSD) has arrested a female suspect in connection with a recent burglary case in Catalina Foothills.

Catherine Williams, 27, was taken into custody on Oct. 9 after being located at a residence in downtown Tucson, PCSD said.

The arrest followed a thorough investigation by the PCSD Burglary Unit. Williams, who was wearing an Amazon shirt during the burglary on Sept. 13 , was identified with the help of surveillance footage and public tips.

Before Williams was taken into custody, a felony warrant was issued for her arrest, PCSD said. The Burglary Unit continues to investigate and is working to identify additional suspects involved in the incident.

PCSD thanked the public for their assistance in the burglary case.
