Temperatures will be tumbling into the 60s for High School Football Friday night with morning lows Saturday ranging from 49º to 55º. A perfect fall night, with clearing. We have a beautiful weekend ahead, with warmer afternoons. The dry conditions will make for big temperature swings in the days ahead, with highs rebounding into the upper 70s on Saturday, with low 80s on Sunday.

THE NEXT BIG THING: The drought will continue through next week, with more sunshine each day, chilly mornings, and hotter afternoons. We won’t be saying goodbye to the 80s anytime soon. Plan for some upper 80s by next Thursday and Friday. However, temperatures will continue to improve nicely at night.
