Daughter of man killed by Wichita police officer deleting emails while driving starts petition

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - The daughter of a Wichita man struck and killed by a Wichita police officer who was driving while deleting emails on his work computer spoke out Friday.

She's trying to create change in the community by starting a petition that already has more than 2,000 signatures.
