WATERBURY, Conn. (WFSB) - Waterbury residents are facing more impacts from last month’s water main break.

Water will be shut off on Sunday morning for a final repair.

The work will happen at the site of the water main break on Huntingdon Avenue.

The shutdown will start just after midnight and should only last 90 minutes.

The city says this schedule will hopefully limit any potential impact to residents and businesses.

Waterbury Hospital and St. Mary’s Hospital will have water during the shutdown, and the city says it can return to the bypass system immediately if needed.
