The CEO of West Valley Medical Center was found dead in a Baltimore hotel Monday afternoon in what police are investigating as a possible overdose.

According to the Baltimore Police Department, Nicholas Manning, 46, was discovered dead around 2:04 p.m. on June 6 at a hotel in the 700 block of Aliceanna Street.
