CEDAR COUNTY, Mo. (KY3) - A Cedar County man has been sentenced for second-degree murder.
Alexzander Masters was sentenced to 25 years in prison for second-degree murder.
On Sept. 17, 2021. Masters entered Johnnie Billings’ home and hit him in the head with a blunt weapon, resulting in his death, according to El Dorado Springs police.
In July, Masters entered an Alford plea for the charge, which was originally first-degree murder, according to court documents.
Police also said Masters stole Billings’ motorcycle.
