The Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ) on Friday urged Vietnamese authorities to immediately and unconditionally release journalist Huynh Ngoc Tuan. Tuan was arrested at his home in Buon Ho town and charged with “propagandizing against the state,” which carries a penalty of up to 20 years in prison.
