The 99th edition of what is known as the Greatest Homecoming on Earth, hosted by North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, will close some roads over the weekend, according to the city.

On Saturday at 8 a.m., the N.C. A&T homecoming parade will commence. To prepare for the parade, the following streets will close at 5 a.m.:

Murrow Boulevard from East Friendly Avenue to North Elm Street will close at 5 a.m. and reopen at 1 p.m.

East Lindsay Street, from North Church Street to East Bessemer Avenue, will be closed at 5 a.m. and reopen at 7 p.m.

Dudley Street, from Lindsay Street to East Market Street, will also be closed at 5 a.m. and reopen at 7 p.m.
