MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW)--Windy, wet and cool weather for the weekend. A storm system will move by offshore this today bringing rain and wind. The heaviest and steadiest rain will be along the coast, with more on and off rain, and lower amounts inland. Today will be the wettest day with high temperatures near 70. King tides and an onshore wind will bring the chance for coastal flooding with the 11:24am high tide. The flooding will be less than what we saw Friday. Tonight will be cloudy and windy with heavier rain developing. Low temperatures will once again be in the 50s and 60s.
Sunday will have on and off showers and still cool with highs near 70. Winds will be offshore on Sunday, and coastal flooding is not expected. The storm will move away Monday with clearing and drier weather retu
