PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Portland braces for the coldest temperatures felt since early April this weekend as rain and snow return to the Pacific Northwest.
An aggressive dive in the jet stream will help cool temperatures and return the chance of rain and snow to western Oregon and southwest Washington. Temperatures will struggle to make it to 60 degrees on Saturday in Portland as rain could become heavy at times.
