SEATTLE — Seattle police detectives are investigating a fatal collision involving a 31-year-old man in South Seattle Friday night.
Around 10:45 p.m. on Oct. 10, patrol officers responded to reports of a collision involving a pedestrian near Martin Luther King Jr. Way South and Rainier Avenue South.
The Seattle Fire Department provided medical aid to the victim, but despite all life-saving efforts, the man died at the scene.
Police closed off the area while detectives with the Traffic Collision Investigation Squad processed the scene.
