Rep. Andy Biggs' recent claim about high income people paying no money for health insurance premiums via the Affordable Care Act exchange is either very rare or not true.
Biggs, an Arizona Republican who is running for governor, said in a "Good Morning Arizona" appearance on Oct. 9 that there are people earning $600,000 per year who are getting free health premiums via the Affordable Care Act, or ACA, exchange because of the enhanced premium tax credits at the center of the federal government shutdown.
