Deep Dive: Why we work for the newspaper

Today marks the conclusion of National Newspaper Week, a time for us to reflect on our role in the community and what brought us here.

Some, such as myself, might be called a die-hard journalist. We knew at a young age that this is what we planned to do. Other staff members came here through non-traditional routes.
