A man has been rushed to hospital after a multiple-vehicle crash in Calgary’s northwest Rowmont area on Saturday.

Officers arrived at Royston Boulevard and Roymont Gardens just before 8 a.m. on reports of an industrial incident involving a vehicle at the entrance of the site.

They say one of the workers on the scene struck another with their truck.

The worker struck was found conscious and breathing after being struck in the abdomen. The other stayed on scene and suffered no injuries.

EMS say they responded to a multi-vehicle crash and rushed the victim to Foothills Hospital in stable condition.

There was slight congestion in the area, but it was cleared up at around 9 a.m.
