BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — A North Dakota law banning gender affirming care for minors was upheld by a Burleigh County District Court judge on October 8. The case T.D. V Wrigley was a lawsuit originally filed by three families with transgender children and Dr. Luis Casas, who had been providing care to Transgender patients in North Dakota.
The lawsuit was filed against several North Dakota officials in their official capacities, including North Dakota Attorney General Drew Wrigley in his official capacity.
