A man has been charged and is due to appear in court after two people were "assaulted" at a Scots hospital. ‌

Emergency services raced to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary after the alarm was raised at around 5.30pm on Friday, October 10. It's understood officers were responding to reports of a man having assaulted two people at the hospital . ‌

Police have now confirmed that a 37-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection. He is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Monday, October 13. ‌

The pair were treated at the scene but the extent of their injuries so far remains unclear.
