SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- After back-to-back offensive explosions, Notre Dame’s offense looked a bit more grounded in their 28–7 win over Boise State. The Irish still put up solid numbers — 389 total yards and 7.2 yards per play — but 11 penalties for 112 yards stalled several promising drives.
