The 68th Annual Grammy Awards are scheduled for Sunday, February 1, 2026, and thanks to the latest category and nominee news, it’s an especially can’t-miss calendar event.

In case you missed it, back in June, the Recording Academy (divisively) announced that it will be adding a Best Traditional Country Album category at the 2026 Grammys to complement the Best Contemporary Country Album category (something many fans argue is a reaction to Beyoncé’s 2025 win for Best Country Album of the Year).
