MADISON, Wis. — No. 1-ranked Wisconsin scored two goals in the final 21 seconds to rally and beat fourth-ranked Minnesota Duluth 4-3 at LaBahn Arena in Madison on Saturday.

A late challenge by Badgers coach Mark Johnson led to a five-minute major penalty on Bulldogs freshman forward Rae Mayer for elbowing with 2:09 remaining in the game.

Wisconsin (5-0 overall, 3-0 WCHA) pulled goaltender Ava McNaughton, and Caroline Harvey tied the game with 20.9 seconds left via a 6-on-4 advantage. Cassie Hall scored the game-winning goal on a 5-on-4 power play with 8.6 seconds left.

Harvey’s game-tying goal was challenged by the Bulldogs (4-1, 0-1) for offside, but the goal stood.
