CLEARWATER, Fla. ( WWSB ) - Clearwater Police say that on Oct. 10, a male suspect was seen by witnesses dragging a 15-year-old girl away from a gas station.
As officers responded, bystanders intervened, allowing the girl to break free.

He then fled the area but was soon located by the Clearwater Police.
The suspect was booked in to the Pinellas County Jail on the kidnapping charge, as well as possession of cocaine and paraphernalia, exposure of sexual organs and resisting arrest without violence.
