NEWVILLE – One couldn’t blame Carlisle senior Ana Bondy for feeling a bit melancholy as the 2025 cross country postseason got underway Saturday with the Mid-Penn Conference championships at Big Spring High School.

Bondy, a recent Penn State commit for cross country and track, is on the final leg of her decorated high school harrier career and flashed two thumbs up and a wry smile as she crossed the wire first in 18:40.5 for second consecutive MPC title.
