COLLEGE PARK, Md. — Nebraska’s first official travel roster of the season included few surprises.
The Huskers went to Maryland without starting nickelback Malcolm Hartzog, who missed his fourth straight gain. The team otherwise brought most of its regular contributors from the season thus far among the Big Ten-mandated 74-man contingent.
Exceptions included linebackers Pierce Mooberry and Willis McGahee IV, each of whom had appeared in four games previously. Freshman linebacker Christian Jones (two games) also didn’t make the trip.
Three quarterbacks were included on the road roster in starter Dylan Raiola, backup freshman TJ Lateef and senior Jalyn Gramstad.
Nebraska also traveled to Kansas City for the season opener against Cincinnati but had no cap on the number of players it could
