The Chicago Cubs have staved off elimination twice in the National League Division Series, but now they have a chance to advance in a winner-take-all Game 5 against the Milwaukee Brewers.

The Cubs dropped the first two games of the series in Milwaukee, but they’ve since rebounded with back-to-back wins, putting themselves within one win of a trip to the National League Championship Series for the first time since 2017.

The Cubs have used a mix of strong pitching and early hitting to win the last two games, combining for seven first-inning runs in those victories at Wrigley Field.
