No. 13 Minnesota Duluth volleyball bounced back quickly from a loss on Friday night, traveling to Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference newcomer Jamestown on Saturday and sweeping the Jimmies 3-0 (25-19, 25-20, 25-20) in Jamestown, North Dakota.

The Bulldogs jumped out to a 15-5 lead in the first set, and though the latter two were a bit closer, never trailed by more than two points in any stretch of the match.

After surrendering a hitting percentage of more than .500 to Northern State on Friday night, the Bulldogs defense fared much better Saturday, holding Jamestown to a negative hitting percentage (more errors than kills) in each of the first two sets and .031 for the match.

Madison Reed recorded 17 digs for the Bulldogs, while Mollie Rupp added 11 and Georgia Koscielak 10.
