SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - Today : It’s been an overcast day today due to a trough of low pressure… The good news that came out of it, is that it has kept us cooler, many staying in the 70s!

Tonight : Tonight’s forecast has low temperatures in the mid to upper 60s under partly to mostly cloudy skies and winds out of the north and north east at 10-15 mph.

Sunday : The sun will work on coming out more tomorrow, high temperatures increasing because of it, to the low to mid 80s.

This Week : By Columbus day, the sunshine will be back fully in our forecast, temperatures this week stick to the 80s area wide. Rain chances will be slim to none as a ridge of high pressure takes over.
