NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The results are in for the New Orleans City Council races on Saturday, Oct. 11.

Council At Large

Matthew Willard won the seat for Council at Large Division 1 with 59% of the vote. Willard received 58,903 votes.

Democrat Willard ran against Democrat Delisha Boyd and Republican Matthew "Matt" Hill.

J.P. Morrell won the seat for Council at Large Division 2 with 65% of the vote. Morrell received 65,198 votes.

Democrat Morrell ran against Democrat Kenneth Cutno and Democrat Gregory Manning.

Council District A

Democrat Holly Friedman and Democrat Aimee McCarron will enter a runoff for the Council District A seat.

Friedman received 38% of the vote and McCarron received 32% of the vote.

Friedman and McCarron ran against Democrat Alex Mossing, No Party Robert "Bob" Mur
