Want some good news? I have some.

I have been rector of St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church for just over a year. It has been a very busy year filled with celebrations, baptisms, funerals, teas, community events, Angels in Motion, and worship services. We hosted the Episcopal Diocese of Alaska clergy conference and the 50th Diocesan Convention. Three 75” TVs were donated and installed in the Parish Hall. People attend worship in Sanctuary, Parish Hall, and online. Worship in the Parish Hall has been a hit for parents with children and many more. Our attendance continues to grow. People are at St. Matthew’s every day for reasons sacred and secular. God is blessing us in many ways as we make a difference in Alaska and in the world.
