Wind casts sand around shoreline as surf in New Jersey begins to strengthen due to nor'easter

Emergency officials say several shore points could see the highest coastal flood levels our region has experienced in the past decade. The National Weather Service said there's potential for significant damage to some structures along the coast as high tide cycles could cause flooding and lead to beach erosion.
