CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. — A new addition to Western New York’s dining scene is on the way, at Walden Galleria.

Gyuzo Japanese BBQ will to open a location at Walden Galleria by year's end. The restaurant will move into the 9,000-square-foot space formerly occupied by Santora’s Pizza Pub & Grill, across from The Cheesecake Factory and between Texas de Brazil and Aloha Krab.

The opening will add a modern yakiniku dining experience to the shopping center's restaurant lineup.
