A popular Edinburgh pub has come out on top after being nominate for 'best beer destination' in Scotland.
Cold Town House in the Grassmarket was crowned with the title at the Scottish Beer Awards, judged by a panel of brewing experts from across the country.
The spot was praised for its iconic views, first class training, decor and its taproom. They also walked away with a gold medal for best pilsner, and a silver medal for best lager .
It comes after they launched Doddie Beir, in honour of rugby legend Doddie Weir.
