The Godfather director Francis Ford Coppola paid tribute to Diane Keaton Sunday following news of the legendary actress’ death .

“Words can’t express the wonder and talent of Diane Keaton. Endlessly intelligent, so beautiful,” the filmmaker wrote of the actress who portrayed Kay Adams in the Godfather saga.
