Edinburgh actor Mark Bonnar has had the support of Scotland since entering the Celebrity Traitors castle - and it's thought his chances of making to the end are pretty good, for one surprising reason.

Linguistic expert Noel Wolf believes celebrities with regional twangs are more likely to win the game of deduction, with their accents percieved as more 'honest'. He feels stars that are more 'well spoken', such as Stephen Fry, are more likely to have suspicions on them, reports the Daily Star .

Mark, 56, could have his fellow castmates in the palm of his hand with his strong Edinburgh twang. However, viewers know fine well he is in fact Faithful - so he doesn't have anything to hide.
