First person to accomplish feat
Chaparral High School junior Ira Parsons is up to his old tricks.
Parsons, 16, recently won the Library of Congress “Discovery or Exploration in History” prize in the National History Day competition ... again.
This is his second year in a row Parsons has won the award, which makes him the only person to every accomplish that feat.
