ROMULUS, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) -- Upon finding a man trapped in a fenced property, Seneca County police arrested him for criminal impersonation after, they allege, he insisted he was actually an FBI agent working undercover.
Deputies from the Seneca County Sheriff's Office got a call on Oct. 11 about a man claiming to be a federal agent who accidentally trapped himself inside a fenced property in the Town of Romulus. Police arrived at around 1:30 p.m. to find a white Ford SUV indeed locked behind a fence.
That's when they met 62-year-old David Dahrsnin, from Rochester, who police say repeatedly said he was an FBI agent working undercover on a surveillance mission. Dahrsnin, at least ostensibly, was last hired as a broker at a Rochester disability services group.
Police charged Dahrsnin with se
