Canada is marking Thanksgiving Day on Monday.
In Regina, the national holiday means civic offices will be closed and parking meters will not be in effect.

But despite the holiday, some city services will continue without interruption.
Waste collection will continue as scheduled, the city said in a news release. The landfill will be open between 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Entry gates close at 5:15 p.m.
Transit will operate using its Sunday schedule, but the Information Centre and RIDELine will be closed. Paratransit Service will operate on its holiday schedule from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
