The Jets hit a new low on Sunday.
Not only did New York fall to 0-6 after a Week 6 loss to the Denver Broncos in London, the offense made history for being so bad.
The Jets finished the 13-11 loss with -10 net passing yards , which is the worst in franchise history. Quarterback Justin Fields went just 9-of-17 for 45 yards, but was sacked nine times for a loss of 55 yards.
The first time the Jets had negative passing yards was Dec. 21, 1975 when the offense has -1 against the Dallas Cowboys.
“Our passing game was non-existent,” Jets coach Aaron Glenn told reporters after the game .
Despite the poor performance from Fields, Glenn didn’t entertain questions about a potential quarterback change.
