NEW ORLEANS – Stefon Diggs admits he’ll never say that an offensive pass interference penalty on him was the right call.
On Sunday, however, the Patriots veteran receiver might have a point.
Diggs was called for two questionable offensive pass interference penalties during the Patriots’ 25-19 win over the New Orleans Saints. The first one negated a long touchdown to DeMario Douglas . The second negated a long reception for Diggs.
After the game, Diggs said he didn’t want to complain, but hoped to have the NFL look at the two penalties.
“I don’t really be tripping, to be honest. I try my best to make plays and catch the ball when they come to me,” Diggs said. “When I get (back) hopefully we can submit them to the league to see if it was supposed to be called or not. But I don’t cr
