Former Strictly Come Dancing star James Jordan, who graced the show as a professional from 2006 to 2013, has delivered a scathing attack calling for dramatic changes to the programme.

In a brutal swipe at his former colleagues, he's even proposed that half of the current professional dancers should be axed in favour of fresh faces.

James, 47, who is presently on tour with fellow ex-Strictly professionals Brendan Cole, Pasha Kovalev, Vincent Simone, and Ian Waite, believes the time has come for a complete overhaul of the BBC series, including alterations to the judging panel.
