CLEVELAND, Ohio — Clevelanders had plenty to say online about City Council’s early talks of reviving traffic cameras. And while some comments were loud, angry (and too profane to print) — a few residents are tired enough of “reckless drivers” to question whether traffic cameras might be useful.
