Parents are being warned to stop using certain baby loungers and children’s clothing , due to major safety concerns, according to notices posted by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission .

Parents should immediately stop using YGJT baby loungers because the products violate the mandatory standard for infant sleep products, the CPSC warned. This warning involves about 490 loungers.

The openings at the bottom of the loungers are wider than allowed, posing a fall and an entrapment hazard to infants, the alert says.

These baby loungers also do not come with a stand, posing a fall hazard if used on an elevated surface, the CPSC said.

These loungers were sold on Shein.com from June 2025 through August 2025 for between $18 and $21, according to the consumer agency.
