SULPHUR, La. (KPLC) - This is the third year a family-owned business in Sulphur has held a pumpkin patch for residents, who had the chance to come out and pick their favorite pumpkin to design just before Halloween.

Sulphur Dirt and Rock Owner Kachada Reeves says every year there are new additions to the pumpkin patch, which has increased greatly in size.

“We have a different variety of pumpkins,” she said. “We have a little game area for the kids to play. We have picture areas around the old truck and behind the old truck...the wagon as well, just different areas for people to take pictures.”

As attendees make their way around the pumpkin patch, they will notice many different types of decorations aimed at putting people into the fall spirit.
