ATLANTA — While my attention was focused on Bobby Dodd Stadium in the 3:30 p.m. window Saturday, there was something brewing across the country.

Indiana notched its biggest win under Curt Cignetti with a 30-20 triumph at Oregon. It proved the Hoosiers are for real and slated to jump up in my Associated Press Top 25 ballot.

The Hoosiers are slotted in at No. 2 after posting one of the best wins of the season. Not only was it against a top-five team, but it also was on the road in an environment that is challenging for any team to win in.

Oregon dropped from second to sixth in my ballot. Why not further? The Ducks have a strong resume and looked better in a loss than several teams that won (looking at you, Ole Miss).

Check out how I voted:

1. Ohio State (6-0)

2. Indiana (5-0)

3. Miami
